The MicroRoastery is an independent artisan coffee roaster, we only use high grade 80+ arabica’s - local source beans fro our garden and we roast in small 2KG batches to ensure quality and freshness..

The Micro-Winery reflects a flexible and adaptable approach to wine-making. Incorporating a degree of experimentation. All wines are handcrafted in small batches, using handpicked fruit from low yielding vines located on our family farm.
